The Situation
Rooted Hope Counseling Group was founded with a clear mission: to provide holistic, trauma-informed care in a deeply human way. As demand for their services grew, so did their team—and so did the complexity. The founder, a licensed therapist herself, was now leading a team of 15 clinicians and admin staff, but felt stuck between therapy work and leadership responsibilities.
The team was passionate but disconnected. Some staff felt unsupported, others felt unclear on priorities, and new hires struggled to integrate into the culture. The founder realized she needed more than a staff meeting—she needed a way to lead with purpose and build a culture that matched their values.
