Jay Cull founded Klarity Culture, a leadership performance coach, GiANT Guide, Younique Trainer, and KC Underground Hub Director.
His life’s calling is to coach clarity. Leaders create culture, and they use their lives and language to do it, but they don’t always know how to bring out the best in their teams. That’s where Jay comes in.
With 25 years of experience in people, passion, and performance, Jay helps leaders fuel their businesses by feeding their souls.
Jay lives in Kansas City with the love of his life, his three kids, and the holy, insatiable call to equip communities and release their potential.
Dereck Nunley,
Managing Partner

Dereck is the managing partner for Klarity Culture, a Giant Coach with an emphasis in Predictive Leadership Behaviors since 2017, and Executive Director of Global Operations for Westside Family Church in Lenexa, Kansas.
He retired in December 2023 from a 25-year career in financial advising, where he was regularly recognized and awarded for service, revenue, and leadership.
Dereck comes to life, shaping leadership health and creating responsive teams, with the combined results propelling the organization to realize and often exceed its goals.
Dereck travels extensively in his role and, together with his family, spent four years in Cape Town, South Africa, where he and his wife, Debi, were ministry directors providing leadership development to disadvantaged youth. Dereck has been married to Debi for 28 years, and together, they have two boys—Anthony, husband to Caylee, and younger son Pierce.

Driven by a passion for helping people recognize their inherent worth and unique strengths, John brings a compassionate, hopeful, and nonjudgmental presence to his work. With more than twenty years of experience advocating for the highest good of individuals and teams, he believes that relational trust is the foundation that transforms culture and elevates performance. John listens deeply, guides intentionally, and facilitates meaningful growth that unlocks potential within both individuals and team dynamics.
John lives in the Kansas City metro area with his wife and is the proud father of three adult children. He enjoys running, reading, and cheering on his favorite sports teams.

Katie supports our team and clients with various behind-the-scenes tasks and loves all things organization and communication.
Katie's background in higher education and marketing has given her a unique perspective on effectively supporting the needs of Klarity Culture. She is always eager to learn and willing to take on new challenges. She enjoys doing the little details that make a big difference.
Katie lives near Hershey, Pennsylvania, with her husband and three children. In her spare time, she enjoys watching her kids play sports and dance, volunteering at church, drinking coffee, and traveling.
